13 weeks

This baby is growing, and Caleb and I are so excited to experience this amazing blessing. I am still feeling amazing, and being a Kansas Girl I am loving the HOT weather. So far I haven't gained any weight and am still in regular clothes, which I was shocked to hear! But am loving watching my tummy grow (especially at night when it looks rather BIG) and am sure that the pounds will come on soon:) Can you think of a better reason to gain weight????

Doctors Appt.

I had another doctors appt. yesterday. 13 weeks 5 days. Caleb was unable to go with me due to class (can't wait for daddy to be done with school:) so Aunt Sarah was able to go with me. For those of you who know my family you are probably a little confused by "Aunt Sarah". You are correct, Caleb and I have no blood sisters named Sarah, rather my BEST FRIEND from the time I was 14 months old!!! Sarah and I have remained VERY close over the last 24 years, a huge thanks to our parents who kept us in close contact, even when I'm sure it was a little inconvenient. So Aunt Sarah went with me to my doctors appt. to hear babies heartbeat again, 160 bpm. The best part was, right when Dr. Bavishi found the heartbeat Aunt Sarah started to cry! It was the best response I could have asked for :) I will post my 13 week picture soon, this baby is growin!

House For SALE---NO SOLD!!!!

Caleb and I are always amazed at how our Father seems to be working in our lives. With baby G expected to arrive at Christmas we've been doing a lot of thinking and praying about selling our house. We would like to make our move to Bethany sometime next winter after the baby is here providing that our house there is finished:) So, after consulting our realtor we felt that it would be best to put it on the market this summer and if it sells before Christmas then we would get an apartment for the remainder of the time. Well the house went on the market last Monday afternoon, we had about 4 showings and by Sunday night we had an offer for our FULL ASKING PRICE!!! Now, what do you think the Lord is up to???? Caleb and I feel so spoiled being blessed by our Father this way. He is just making himself so obvious! For the few of you that did know our house was on the market, thank you for going before the throne of grace on our behalf. Evidently you all have the gift of prayer, and you may not have even known it:)

Week 11

I can not believe how fast this pregnancy is going and how much Caleb and I see my body changing, it is nothing short of miraculous!!!! Since my last post at 7 weeks we have had a doctors appointment at 9 weeks and got to hear our babies heart beat for the first time. It sounded like a little train, just like everyone told me it would:) 170 bpm. Since I am no good at sound effects, Caleb makes the noise for me whenever I want to remember what it sounds like. I have continued to feel great during the pregnancy!! Praise to my Father. I have had no sickness and Caleb continues to feed me a nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner that is healthy for mama and baby. I am still wearing my old clothes, but can definitely feel them fitting a little more snug then usual around my waist. I have continued working out and am grateful for a healthy pregnancy that allows me to feel so good and continue doing so. Caleb and I are definitely looking forward to feeling the baby move, even though it is still many weeks away. Thank you for being patient with us as we add to this blog. We'll be sure to have another picture up next week.

Sorry:(

Caleb and I would like to apologize for our neglecting our blog page. The last month has been very busy for us, as I'm sure it has been for many of you. We have slacked on taking my preggo pictures but hope to have week 11 posted tomorrow! Can you believe how fast it has gone already?

7 Weeks

This has been a great week. My school year is winding down and I'm getting to do a lot of fun activities with my students. On top of that, I'm feeling great. During week 5 and 6 I was on a prescription that unknown to me at the time was making me feel so sick. I assumed my sickness was all a part of this wonderful pregnancy, but since being off of it, I have felt amazing!!! I am so grateful!! Caleb and I are looking forward to spending time with my family this weekend as we celebrate Josh's graduation, Tim's birthday, Jamie's birthday, my birthday, mom and dads anniversary and grandma and grandpas anniversary. What a busy month!
